Currently, the Lansing Clippers have the following Neighborhood Groups:

NG – Sew Styling

Purpose – To pursue the love of sewing.

Next meeting is September 10, 2026.

We meet at the Bath Twp Public Library on the 2nd Thursday from 1:00-4:00pm, 14051 Webster Rd, Bath, MI 48808.

We meet every other month beginning in January.

If Bath Schools are closed, the library will also be closed.

NG – Happy Hoopers Embroidery Group

Purpose – To learn more about machine embroidery.  This is a discussion group only.  All aspects of machine embroidery are discussed and members show successful embroideries as well as those that did not turn out as expected.  Members try to help each other with problems they encounter with embroidery projects.  Everyone is welcome regardless of level of expertise or brand of embroidery machine.

Join us August 4, 2026 1-3 pm at the Hen House in Charlotte for a discussion and sharing of  in-the hoop designs.

For the August meeting the topic is embroidering on toilet paper.  Members are asked to bring their completed embroidery and to be prepared to discuss where they found their design and if they had any problems or questions.  This is a discussion only group so you do not need to bring a machine.  We can't wait to see everyone's embroidered toilet paper.
